Meet the R&B team

Born and raised in Central Texas, Benjamin and Rich have been lifelong friends. Having spent many years contracting on projects both jointly and individually the time finally came to combine their knowledge and skills to create R&B Custom Builds to provide quality custom homes and builds for people in Central Texas.

They both enjoy a hands on approach to building with the satisfaction of seeing the fruits of their labor with every completed job. From sweeping floors to custom trim work, Benjamin and Rich have done it all. They apply the lessons learned and quality workmanship expected of themselves to manage their carefully selected subcontractors.

With an intimate knowledge and deep network of subcontractors in the Hill Country they build where they know and look forward to helping residents and future residents of the Hill Country turn their dreams into reality.
